My work in the automotive sector focused mainly on the development and production of complex plastic parts, often two-component, such as :
- Cowl grill.
- Door sils plate.
- Air baffles.
Technologie
Within the telecommunications department at RUAG, I was responsible for the complete mechanical design of several devices.
This included housings, assemblies, and sub-assemblies, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
My work covered hardware integration, system adaptation to their operating environments (transport cases, vehicles, demanding conditions), as well as the preparation of technical documentation required for manufacturing and production.
Each design had to meet strict functional requirements and withstand environmental constraints such as sealing, vibration, shock, and dust.
